Responsibility and Costs:
Minor Wear and Tear: Normal, minor wear and tear are expected and will not incur any additional charges. We define minor wear as any cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality or significantly alter the appearance of the item.
Accidental Damage: In cases of accidental damage, we ask that you are honest and upfront. Depending on the severity and the circumstances, we may waive certain fees or offer a discounted rate for repairs.
